There are some problems that either indicate a faulty board or that the software needs updating. To do this, you'll need to remove the board and send it back to us.
First of all, make sure you've spoken to us about returning your board so that we know it's coming back.
To remove the board, follow the instructions in the "Removing and Refitting your Bangalore Broadside Circuit" document which you can download below.
After making your Bangalore safe to work on, undo the 4 screws at each corner of the control box. Keep these safe.
Carefully remove the board opening it up from left to right. Keep the right hand side of the board in place and lift up the left hand side of the board.
Disconnect the green clips from the circuit board.
If you have a Bangalore Broadside Type A, disconnect the red and black wires that connect directly onto the board, too.
We recommend wrapping your circuit board bubble wrap and placing it in a small box to send it back.
